ATMs
Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre has six ATMs located throughout the centre. Choose from ANZ, Bank of Melbourne, Bendigo Bank, Commonwealth Bank, National Australia Bank and Westpac.
FREE wheelchair hire
FREE wheelchair hire is available from the Centre Management office Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
For enquiries and bookings please contact Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre or visit Centre Management between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. You can find the Centre Management Office located between the Reading Cinema complex and entry to Centre (near Dymocks).
Should you require wheelchair assistance on Saturdays or Sundays, just ask one of our friendly Security Team members for assistance or call them on 0435 483 722.
Parents’ Rooms
The Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre Parents’ Rooms are conveniently located near the public restrooms. Our comfortable and spacious Parents’ Rooms are equipped with:
- a microwave oven
- enclosed play area
- change tables
- wash basins
- private feeding booths

Lost property
Centre Management has access to our shopping centre’s lost and found items. Please contact us Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm should you lose or find something while shopping in our mall.
